Highly recommended! Two wine importers/makers were in attendance walking us through tasting each of their special “naturalist” wines…and the chef, Andrea Carlson has such a strong sense of taste and artistry that allows her to send forth not only amazingly beautiful presentations of her food but spot on plates for each of the wine pairings.
